No reservation will be accepted or confirmed without

• Guests Travelling From Outside New Zealand: Receipt of personal details including Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number and Residential Address.We provide a secure page for you to enter these details, but if you prefer you can send us the particulars by separate email or phone.
• New Zealand Guests: Receipt of one night deposit by cheque or money transfer.

Occupancy must be for a minimum two night stay.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to retain your deposit if you cancel your stay less than 48 hours prior to arrival.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. All data supplied to us will only be used to fulfil our business requirements and not be disclosed to third parties unless instructed by legal authorities if New Zealand.

Some House Rules

Handward Cottage is set-up to accommodate 1-4 people only. A higher occupancy would place undue pressure on the properties facilities and wastewater management system. No camping or caravans will be permitted onsite.

For the health and enjoyment of all guests Handward Cottage has a strict no smoking policy and a no pets policy.

We request that guests do not arrive (check-in) before 2pm on and depart (check-out) by 10am.
